In 1996, Yann was 26 years old. With a DESS Audit and Management Consulting in hand and freed from military obligations, he moved to the wine-growing part of the estate. Close to his vineyard, he restructures his vines and begins working the soil. After poisoning with a treatment insecticide, he looked for an alternative solution and started organic farming at the very beginning of the 2000s. The estate was certified in 2007. Today, the estate at the heart of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation consists of 20 ha including 1 ha on the mythical hill of the Hermitage.
