PETIT CHABLIS 2015 - WILLIAM FEVRE

0,75 L White Wine / France / Burgundy / Petit Chablis AOC / 12 % vol / 100% Chardonnay

The emblematic William Fèvre estate seduces us again with this nervous and fresh Petit Chablis, with the typical minerality of its appellation!
78 hectares have been worked for more than 10 years with respect for the vines and the environment by the William Fèvre estate. It is imbued with this passion and this know-how that the vines produce one of the most emblematic nectar! In each William Fèvre cuvée we find the purest and most authentic expression of the Chablis terroirs. And this Petit Chablis is no exception to the rule. Its richness matches its freshness and minerality to offer our palate a most pleasant lingering sensation. It can be enjoyed now, ideally as an aperitif accompanied by seafood à la plancha.

DOMAINE WILLIAM FEVRE

Domaine William Fèvre was bought by maison Bouchard Père & Fils and is made up of a unique set of great terroir in Chablis. Ploughing the soil, hand harvesting and yield regulation have all enhanced this vineyard and enabled the wines to gain in natural expression. In this way the maison produces highly pure, well-defined Chablis with some great vintages. And some chiselled, precise Grand Crus that blend freshness with density.
