With just 2,500 bottles produced, this "Le Biez" wine from a single plot is a delight. Fans of St Joseph will be delighted by this superb wine!
A great Saint Joseph! A modest production from a single plot located in St Pierre de Boeuf in the "Le Biez" locality. This pure Syrah / Shiraz benefited from 16 months of ageing in French oak barrels. This wine is delightfully expressive, with fruity and peppery spices. It starts off deliciously, prolonging itself on the palate, silky, elegant and intense, with definite but well integrated tannins. Air the wine for at least two hours before tasting and savour it with a leg of lamb. It is a wonder!
