LEAVE YOUR REVIEWWhat a perfect wine from Minervois and Vinatis. It has a nose of black fruits and on the palate there´s a softness and "I want more" feeling. We enjoyed it to porc, and perfect. A must buy.
This simple red from France was just right for the nice meat delicacies that I prepared for my guests. Nothing super fancy, but for 7€ you get tons of value. Full body, medium acidity, medium+ tannins and medium aftertaste. You will mostly experience red fruit along with lots of oak and chocolate.
Formidable value for money for this intriguing wine. Fruity, soft, with good persistence and structure. We drank it as the first wine in a meat lunch. Excellent
A fruity, fleshy and long-lasting red! The price/quality ratio is unbeatable among the Minervois selection!
Beautiful discovery! Ruby, pronounced nose, bouquet red fruits (raspberry, cherry, plums), liquorice, black pepper, vanilla, clove, young wine, fruity and spicy. Very good, "value for money"!
Nice strong minervois of the old school. dry and no exaggerated fruit. nice to have found this wine. is not for all days.
I don't always agree with the Hachette guide but here. What a bottle! full and concentrated on the palate but with freshness and beautiful tannins. great tasting.
A good Minervois with body, fruit and depth. The alcohol is discreet although the wine is relatively strong. Goes well with meats in sauce.
Good value for money! Nose with ripe red and black fruits, floral, spicy; fruity mouthfeel, balanced, good acidity. Excellent accompaniment for a pizza.
A beautiful expression of fruit, with the spices of the Syrah and the carbonic maceration bringing a remarkable freshness. Tight tannins for ageing. The perfect combo!
Attention: superb quality to price ratio! That's all I need to know about the Minervois appellation. It's the easy-drinking wine that makes friends happy when they come to visit. As a bonus, it has a nice length on the palate that makes you want to come back for more. Thank you Vinatis!
An intense and elegant red, it releases hints of red fruit on the nose, revealing itself to be juicy, spicy, fruity and very fresh on the palate. An intriguing wine particularly suited to hot dishes with an intense flavour that does not disfigure with chopping boards and not very fatty meats. A nice surprise.
Very nice Minervois with fruit. Silky and spicy at the same time. Unanimously appreciated during the meal. To be recommended with red meat or cheese.
Excellent quality to price ratio! A well-balanced wine with red fruit aromas and a long, slightly minty finish. It lacks a little roundness to be excellent.
What a nice surprise! Magnificent quality to price ratio for this Minervois from Château de Beaufort. Very round on the palate, it keeps a nice balance with its melting tannins.
A very good wine that I opened as an aperitif but which will go very well with cheese or grilled meat. Elegant fruity wine with notes of red fruit and blackcurrant, a good freshness on the palate.
Very good quality to price ratio for this Minervois. Nice notes of red fruits. Elegant wine, good roundness. Deserved Hachette award for this unpretentious wine. Aperitif with friends, cheese...there is no lack of ideas.
Very good quality to price ratio for this fruity and spicy Minervois. It is perfect for a red meat meal but also for an aperitif. I recommend it.
A very round, fruity and spicy friend's wine. Easy to drink, it can be paired with many dishes. Can be drunk now but I'll keep a bottle to see how it evolves.
Wine with character, typical of the area where it is produced, but with a persistent and slightly velvety aftertaste, it is one of those wines that you want a consistent dish because it has enough body to bring nuances to the mouthful, recommended, you will not be disappointed.
A typical Minervois that is very pleasant to the palate, I liked it a lot for its taste and its length on the palate. Do not hesitate to taste it.
A wine for those who make a practice of drinking. I recommend drinking it after 2-3 hours to appreciate its complexity and to release all the red berry aromas and the precious wood of the barriques.
A good wine for friends, to be opened at any time of the evening. A good quality to price ratio that will please all your guests! Gourmandise and spices are at the rendezvous.
A friendly wine par excellence, fruity and easy to drink. In spite of its power, it offers pep thanks to a nice acidity. The wine for all occasions, preferably with friends.
You have to go there. Excellent wine in the tone on the palate. Minervois is an appellation that tends to be more present as the wines are often very sunny and pleasant to drink.
We had a great time with this Minervois, it is proud of its origin as are the wines of the Languedoc. It is really a very nice surprise. Even the guests who are lovers of good wines were seduced.
Very good experience. Relatively light, round and fruity, this Minervois surprised us with its sweetness. Very good with guinea fowl. An interesting discovery, we recommend it!
A Minervois at a low price and ideal as a table wine!
A wine with black fruits and a fresh finish.
Good acidity, open 1 hour before serving to enjoy with toasted red meat!
A nice wine with an unbeatable quality to price ratio. Easy to take out and pair with toasted meats or poultry or spicy food.
This wine was a real revelation, opening it a few minutes earlier (30/60minutes) it is very much appreciated.I must say not very velvety but with body, aromas, just the right tannicity.Worth what it costs
Excellent value for money, I was surprised I didn't think it had a smooth and balanced taste with hints of red fruits. Quite light excellent with soft and firm tannins truly exceptional
Beautiful dark ruby colour, plum on the nose, on the palate still a little green, slightly woody, taste of blackberries and other black fruits. Quite long on the palate. A pleasant wine!
This dark-coloured Minervois is a great find, with a good content on the palate and a very good quality to price ratio. It is a fruity and light wine, not to be missed by our female taste buds.
A Minervois wine with a strong character. Powerful and full on the palate. Good quality to price ratio for this wine. We drank it with a dish of lasagne. A perfect match.
I did not know the Château de Beaufort. I recommend the two that can be found on the site. Excellent Minervois, tannic, powerful, balanced.
I have drunk a lot of Minervois in my life, but none in this price range that was so good! A clear buy recommendation, a very nicely balanced wine.
Not a single false note in a charming, full-bodied palate, concentrated as it should be for old vines, but remarkable for its freshness and ideally supported by young, coated tannins.
Good value for money for this rather powerful wine that is a little unbalanced on red fruit tones. To be drunk with robust meat dishes
An open nose of red fruit that is repeated on the palate. The acidity is present but not excessive. Perfect with rare red meat.
Fruity, very dark red. Powerful, but
pleasant. Blackberry, plum, spices, persistent. Nice length
Can hold its own gastronomically.
With meat and grilled meats. Very good - but not a storage wine.
Discovered in the Hachette guide, it's a wonderful surprise on the palate! Beautiful notes of red fruit for a fairly mineral wine that can be drunk with a barbecue or a cheese platter.
An intriguing blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan with an intense flavour that does not disfigure with chopping boards and grilled meats. A wonderful surprise, especially if left to breathe for at least an hour or so to let the strong alcohol component soften.
Powerful red fruit, good control. Ideal with meat and cheese. Good quality to price ratio. A wine for sharing, to be enjoyed without hesitation.
A Minervois with all the hallmarks. A full-bodied wine with a fruity nose typical of Languedoc wines. Good value for money. I would recommend
A wine that I order on a regular basis and that never disappoints. It stands out for its ripe fruit, good length on the palate and tannins that are not lacking on the finish. In short, a southern wine that we love.
A gourmet wine, with fruity and chocolate aromas. Not a false note on the charming, full, concentrated palate. A pleasant wine to share with friends.
Good Q/P wine, fruity, even a hint of cocoa. The old vines can be felt, it is concentrated but also fresh, young tannins that coat the glass well, good now and also in a few years. Roast meat
This Minervois has all the characteristics of the tasty wines of the Aude department, with soils that give us that lovely mineral edge. A wine that can be enjoyed on many occasions.
Good Minervois, easy to drink. Perfect with red meat or a barbecue. Excellent value for money. All in all, a good deal.
A well-structured Languedoc wine with ripe red fruit and tannins on the finish. It has plenty of character, ideal with toasted red meat.
Good value for money.
This Minervois is a lovely surprise! I bought it once to test it out and recommended a box straight away. It's fruity and quite complex. An excellent RQP
Excellent value for money for this Minervois - pleasant and fruity, perfect as an aperitif or with a charcuterie or cheese platter. A wine at an unbeatable price, ready to drink now.
This is a wonderful discovery! A very pleasant wine that I enjoyed at a family dinner. A wine that's easy to drink. Good value for money.
A blend of mainly Syrah and Grenache. This vintage has mellow tannins and a medium body. Tasted with toasted meats and a roast Camembert, it did the trick.
Aromas of fruit and chocolate. On the palate, the wine is quite sunny but still fresh. Silky tannins. A harmonious, gourmet wine.
Once again, the Hachette guide has made no mistake: this wine deserves to be described as "exceptional". A real delicacy that sublimates a good piece of meat.
Shiraz, Cabernet Franc and Grenache shine in this blend that brings me new flavours and experiences. A must try. I recommend buying at least one bottle.
Rather well-balanced wine. The fruit is there but the tannins are blurred. The Grenache rounds out the flavours nicely. Perfect for a barbecue or an aperitif.
This entry-level Minervois offers good value for money and is a pleasant wine to drink, perfect for red wine lovers as an aperitif or for summer barbecues.
Beautiful freshness for this Minervois which explodes with red fruit without being light. A simple but gourmet wine that goes perfectly and unpretentiously with toasted meat. A real moment of pleasure.
This light Minervois is pleasant to drink. It is perfect as an aperitif, or to accompany a convivial meal, such as a barbecue or charcuterie board.
A wine of character marked by the sunshine of this region. It goes well with meat dishes, for example. At this price, you're not taking any risks with your purchase.
A simple wine, quite powerful but still very pleasant to drink, with notes of black fruit such as blackcurrant. Ideal with a good toasted meat.
