CÔTE DE BROUILLY - LES SEPT VIGNES 2020 - CHÂTEAU THIVIN

0,75 L Red Wine / France / Beaujolais / Côte de Brouilly AOC / 13,5 % vol

"A promising wine in the making. (...) So yummy (...) ! " R. Parker
Les Sept Vignes, so named simply because it comes from the 7 plots of Côte de Brouilly. The wine unfolds in the glass with aromas of red and black fruit, but also delicate floral aromas. On the palate it is an opulent wine, broad and satiny, which has a structured profile thanks to its ageing for 7 months in the barrel. It is very broad, has perfectly mastered delicious acids that give it a wonderful balance. A superb wine that will delight your guests!

CHÂTEAU THIVIN

Château Thivin is a small family business dating from 1743, which has been passed down for nearly 6 generations. Traditions, know-how and passion for wine allow them to achieve results that highlight the richness of the terroir. With vines planted on the steep slopes of Mont Brouilly and on the volcanic soil of Cru Côte-de-Brouilly, Château Thivin proceeds to a modern gravity vinification, with the aim of respecting the quality of the grapes as much as possible throughout. The transmission of the cultural heritage of this area is its strength then almost two centuries.
