A talented and truly passionate winegrower, François Chidaine left the family estate to acquire his own vines in 1989, on the land where he was born: Montlouis-sur-Loire. Thanks to its know-how and the success of its wines, the estate now covers 37 hectares: 20 hectares in the Montlouis-sur-Loire appellation, 10 hectares in Vouvray and 7 hectares in Touraine. Listening to nature and its vibrations, François Chidaine chose organic farming in 1992, then biodynamics in 1999 for his Montlouis sur Loire and Vouvray cuvées.
