I am in love with this wine. On the other hand, this is the first time I have tasted a third cru classé, I find it a little bit lower indeed, and it is normal that the first cru classé, whatever happens, it is very good.
Château Cantenac Brown, a third growth of Margaux, was acquired in 2019 by the Le Lous family. Significant investments are being made to go even further in excellence. The 48 hectare vineyard is spread over the famous Cantenac plateau, made up of gravel soils. This exceptional terroir produces perfectly balanced wines of superb density which evolve magnificently over time.
