LE PAGE 2017 - DOMAINE DE ROCHEVILLE

0,75 L Red Wine / France / Loire / Saumur Champigny AOC / 12,5 % vol

Double gold medal winning with flavours guaranteed for an impeccable Saumur Champigny!
The Rocheville domaine converted to organic in 2016 and its “Le Page” wine has a Saumur Champigny on a fruit that perfectly combines pleasant freshness and elegant material. Beautifully fine on the palate, its soft and slightly biting tannins create a harmonious and very delicious ensemble. A wine that is already very tasty but will also keep for a few years.

DOMAINE DE ROCHEVILLE

Rocheville is one of the last estates created in the Saumur-Champigny appellation. Philippe Porché, passionate about wine, had been looking for vines in this area for several years. It was at the end of 2004 that he unearthed the arpents on Parnay, the base of the Domaine de Rocheville. Helped by his wife Agnès and Jérome Callet, a young specialist in the field, they vinified their first harvest in 2005. Since the vintages follow one another, the experience increases, the philosophy sharpens, recognition begins to emerge.
