CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE - LES HAUTS DE BARVILLE 2018 - MAISON BROTTE

0,75 L Red Wine / France / Rhone / Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOP / 15 % vol

"A Châteauneuf-du-Pape with exceptional notes of red fruits ... hard to resist!" - Robert Parker
Almost a century old, Brotte is renowned for its expertise in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. "Les Hauts de Barville" is in line with the great wines of the area and is distinguished by the richness and smoothness of its aromas. Taking advantage of the best-exposed terroirs of the region, this cuvee offers a magnificent aromatic palette with notes of strawberries and spices. Whether in its youth or after a few years in the cellar, this very good 2018 vintage will offer a balanced and fruity experience. To open 2 hours in advance to fully enjoy!

MAISON BROTTE

Five generations have succeeded each other at the head of Maison Brotte since 1931. Originally from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, men and women have passed for nearly a century but passion and thoroughness endure. Grenache, the house's flagship grape, is enhanced to produce refined, elegantly fruity wines with remarkable smoothness. Critic Robert Parker, meanwhile, praises this area which is gradually advancing on "the road to success". To sum up, the "Brotte style" is: a perfect knowledge of the terroirs combined with the mastery of the art of winemaking and ageing. Unique!
