MOREI 2018 - FORADORI

0,75 L Red Wine / Italy / Dolomites / Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGP / 12,5 % vol / 100% Teroldego

Biodynamic Demeter (biodynamic label) EU organic farming
One of the greatest red wines of the Dolomites, produced by a pioneer of Biodynamics: a balanced Teroldego sought after by fans around the world!
What a tasty energy produced by long maceration and ageing in amphora! Morei takes us to the heart of the Dolomite valley, with dry grass notes, a touch of saffron and pretty stone fruits. It is a beautiful ensemble, palatable, light and dynamic, with a wonderful profile. Juicy, sweet, expressive, carried by the pleasure of the native variety of the region: Teroldego. After aeration, scents of oregano, pepper and dried herbs return once again. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy with your good friends!

FORADORI

Thanks to the talent of Elisabetta Foradori, the very rare Teroldego grape gives the heart of the Alps inspired wines, racy and full of freshness, with astonishing longevity. Elisabetta is undoubtedly the source of today's greatest wines in the mountainous region of Trentino. An obscure local grape variety, Teroldego, which had its heyday in the Middle Ages but had since fallen into oblivion, has truly resuscitated thanks to the tremendous work accomplished for more than 20 years now at the Foradori family estate.
