Complexity and elegance in this Riesling from the Bischofliche Weinguter Trier Domaine! Try it now!
The Domaine offers a very good Riesling, fresh and light that reveals aromas of green apple, lemon, as well as fresh herbs and spices. Very mineral, this Riesling has an excellent balance that is perfect for an aperitif, with simple, accessible meals but also more complex dishes with exotic touches. A very good Riesling, ideal to get acquainted with the wines of the Outre-Rhin with an excellent residual sugar (natural) of 7.9 g/L to satisfy those with a sweet tooth!

Bischöfliche Weingüter Trier

The Bischöfliche Weingüter Trier estate was born from the union of 3 renowned German estates unified in 1966: Bischöfliches Konvikt (created in 1840), Bischöfliches Priesterseminar (created in 1773) and Hohe Domkirche (created in 1851). This association has enabled the estate to shine all over the world thanks to the reputation of its known plots and sought after by all the great amateurs. The complexity of these terroirs lies in this harmony typical of the Mosel: sloping slopes, soils dominated by slate and an optimal climate for the maturity of Riesling. The estate preserves all the traditions of local viticulture-oenology, while applying the principles of sustainable and reasoned agriculture where the vines, the environment and the soils are respected. The Bischöfliche Weingüter Trier estate is an absolute reference in Mosel!
