SANTENAY 1ER CRU BLANC - BEAUREGARD 2017 - DOMAINE ROUX PERE ET FILS

0,75 L White Wine / France / Burgundy / Santenay Premier Cru AOC / 13 % vol

A Premier Cru so close of the Chassagne-Montrachet vineyards, with the same intensity and the same richness! Wonderful!
Superb Santenay Premier Cru, already very intense and complex on the nose, with aromas of lychees, pineapples and citrus fruits that could almost be likened to a beautiful "Sauvignon"... On the palate, we can easily find the same qualities of a Côte d'Or with its richness and controlled acidity! Expert in the vinification of white wines, one can see why this is now an up-and-coming Domaine!!

DOMAINE ROUX PÈRE ET FILS

Created in 1855, this Burgundian domaine which combines property and trading is currently managed by the fourth generation. Sébastien and Matthieu Roux carry on the family tradition and manage 65 hectares of the vineyard spread over 13 villages of the Côte d'Or, Côtes de Nuits and the Côte Chalonnaise. The Roux family played a big role in the recognition of Saint-Aubin and the worldwide fame of this appellation owes it a lot!
