We find the expected suppleness, like the wines of the Right Bank, a beautiful balance, with fine and silky tannins. The finish stretches elegantly on black fruits and sweet spices. Perfect with a platter of cold cuts, you can go with your eyes closed! more reviews

An amazing elegance for this Puisseguin St Emilion masterpiece!
Located in Périgord since the 1970s, the Dubards manage a vast vineyard. In addition to their flagship Bergerac, Château Laulerie, they also make use of several wines in the Libourne. This Château Dubard Bel-Air vintage doesn't stand out for its structure, but for the finesse of its oaky bouquet. On the nose, we find subtle aromas of cinnamon clove and notes of bruised tobacco. On the palate, it has a very elegant structure, where we notice ripe black fruit as well as a round palate of gallant tannins in the mid-palate. This Dubard Bel-Air is a real gem!

CHÂTEAU BEL-AIR

The village of Puisseguin stands on the limestone plateau which extends eastward that of Saint-Emilion. The 8.5 ha vineyard is distinguished by a higher proportion of limestone, which is expressed in deep and elegant wines. Merlot, which reigns supreme throughout the Libournais, here expresses a wide range of aromas. What characterizes the wines of Château Bel-Air are the aromas of blackberries in their youth, which evolve towards notes of fig, and reveal accents of mint. On the palate, the wines of Puisseguin Saint-Emilion charm with a dense but fleshy texture.
