MAGNUM - CHÂTEAUNEUF DU PAPE TRADITION 2018 - CHATEAU DE LA GARDINE

1,5 L Red Wine / France / Rhone / Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC / 15 % vol

Independent winemakers
'Extremely promising... [A] full-bodied, creamy-textured beauty... It's the best wine I can remember trying from this estate.' Joe Czerwinski, The Wine Advocate
The Château de La Gardine, famous for its Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines, succeeds marvellously in this vintage, and the press agrees! Here is a wine with sweet notes of raspberry, blackcurrant, leafy herbs and violets. You will succumb to the suppleness and depth of this somewhat full-bodied wine! A great investment that will develop gracefully for more than a decade!

CHÂTEAU LA GARDINE

With a wine-making history dating back to the 17th century, the Brunel family has been wine-makers down the generations. In 1948, Gaston Brunel was a famous businessman when he bought Château de la Gardine before establishing the Brunel de la Gardine wine merchants. At the same time, they expanded their range into other Rhône Valley appellations by drawing on other renowned estates as suppliers of high-quality wines.
