CHATEAU MALARTIC LAGRAVIERE 2014

0,75 L Red Wine / France / Bordeaux / Pessac-Léognan AOC / 13,5 % vol

It is a wine with a nice freshness, perfectly balanced, yet delicious!
The Château Malartic Lagraviere is grown on the oldest terroir of the Bordeaux region. On the nose, we very quickly realise that we are dealing with a great wine, superb depth and incredible delicacy can be felt on the palate and it reveals hints of fruit with good concentration. More than ever, a major wine of the appellation!

CHÂTEAU MALARTIC-LAGRAVIERE

Domaine de Lagravière has always been known for its quality of terroir and its famous "island" of gravel. The Château was renamed to Malartic-Lagravière in honour of Count Hippolyte de Malartic - Admiral to the King of France and owner of the domaine in in the 18th century. Bought at the end of 1996 by Michèle and Alfred-Alexandre Bonnie, Château Malartic-Lagravière was then completely renovated. All the right conditions came together so that the wines could fulfil their place among the Premiers Grands Crus of Bordeaux. Together with the quality terroir and vineyard, innovative, high-performance equipment was made available to use in the traditional wine-making processes supported by an engaged, passionate team. Well-known across the world for its powerful and complex, refined and elegant wines, Château Malartic-Lagravière is one of only six classified Bordeaux wines - both white and red.
