CHATEAU HAUT SELVE BLANC 2018

0,75 L White Wine / France / Bordeaux / Graves AOC / 12,5 % vol

"A pleasant white with apple and lemon curd flavours. The texture is creamy and the finish is delicious. Good to drink now." - James Suckling -
It has a pale yellow colour with green highlights. The nose develops aromas of citrus, white flowers with floral notes and the oak is understated. On the palate, the attack is crisp without being too punchy. Semillon gives the wine a good shell with a welcome touch of minerality. The citrus aromas are expressed and blend with the gently toasted, smoky notes. A subtle, delicate wine with a good personality. It is currently at its peak (between 2020 and 2022) and will delight you when paired with grilled fish or roast chicken.

CHÂTEAU HAUT-SELVE

After being destroyed and abandoned, Château Haut-Selve has become the only wine creation of the twentieth century in Bordeaux. The property is the result of an aesthetic approach, each step of which has been thought of as a work of art, combining contemporaneity and classicism. The culture and art of wine mark the uniqueness of this property, which has become a benchmark among the top 5 of the Graves appellation. Since 2018, the property has been HEV3 and TerraVitis certified.
