LEAVE YOUR REVIEWA champagne with unbeatable value for money. Long, savoury and with an exceptional bread crust note. A wine for the whole meal, also excellent for aperitifs
Drunk at the start of a dinner with friends, the Champagne De Saint Gall definitely made an impression with its pleasant yeasty aroma, soft perlage and clean taste without the bitter aftertaste typical of more structured products. Favourable Q/P.
The nose has charm, is attractive, with a perfect point of ripeness. But beyond maturity, it is lively, with citrus fruit rightly evident, alongside florality, hints of dried fruit and minerality.
Light yellow colour, very fine, well-balanced bubbles. Aromas of lemon, white peach, white flowers, flint and chalky minerals. Lovely fresh white character with notes of gingerbread and butter to finish. Good value for money.
I personally find all the champagnes from this cellar very good. Even this 1er Cru version never disappoints. Drink it as an aperitif or throughout the meal.
Really good Champagne. De saint gall never disappoints. Neither in the premier cru version nor in the grand cru version. Persistent and very fine perlage. Excellent!
Fresh, elegant and clean, produced from only Chardonnay grapes grown on the Cote des Blancs. Notes of citrus fruits, white flowers, hints of dry pastries and mineral nuances enrich a creamy, agile body, with a soaring freshness and pleasant bubbles.
Great discovery, a blanc de blancs with an excellent impact, fine and unobtrusive bubbles, top freshness and persistence, bread crust and a vaguely creamy flavour, ideal for celebrating a wedding anniversary.
Very good quality to price ratio for this champagne. A fine discovery. Light and elegant. Perfect for all occasions. To be kept in the cellar at all times.
A winery that needs no introduction, a blanc de blanc that expresses to the full the characteristics of the soil from which the grapes come, deserves a try
Champagne de Saint-Gall was born from the common passion of winegrowers who have brought together their artisanal know-how, handed down from generation to generation. Working with the Grands Crus and Premiers Crus of Champagne, they exploit the exceptional heritage of vines and grapes of this region. Gathered within Union Champagne, these passionate men and women offer original wines with a pure and elegant style.
