A remarkable balance but especially great maturity despite its young age!
This superb domaine offers a Crozes Hermitage full of character! "Les Jalets," or, in old French, "Les Galets," refers to a terroir with vines that are at least 25 years old... We find notes of red and black fruits but also spicy aromas in the mouth on the finish... Let it breathe for one or two hours before serving so that it releases its full flavour!

A powerful Crozes-Hermitage, but which does not lack suppleness and silkiness. Tasted with grilled meat, it delighted the guests. I highly recommend tasting this superb vintage ready to drink on barbecued meat!

PAUL JABOULET AINE

Created in 1834 by Antoine Jaboulet, this house was then taken over by his sons: Paul and Henri Jaboulet. In 2006, the Frey family, from along ancestry of champagne winegrowers and also the owner of the famous Château la Lagune, bought the Maison Paul Jaboulet Aîné with the ambition to reconnect the once successful house of the 1990s with connoisseurs worldwide. Caroline Frey, oenologist, ensured the successful recovery of property, and helped marry talent and new production techniques with a respect for ancient methods and wisdom. Traditional vineyard work and respect for the environment which produces our wine by leaning on sustainable agriculture consolidates this Maison as a producer of wines marked with a true identity and has thus allowed the continuity of this of this iconic Rhône Valley house
