LEAVE YOUR REVIEWIt's nicely concentrated! Smooth and delicate, this mellow Bordeaux is fresh, with aromas of candied fruit and a slight acidity, which makes it well balanced. Top for the aperitif!
Great discovery that we love this sweet demi-sec! I was afraid that it would be too sweet, but it is not the case. It is balanced and fruity, perfect as an aperitif, I recommend (and reorder) given the exceptional value for money!
Very pleasant a great discovery!! I wanted to change my habits I don't regret!! As an aperitif or for a meal and even better with fish.
By becoming the owner of the Château des Combes, the Ducourt family settled in 1858 in the hamlet of Hourc, commune of Ladaux, a small rural village in Entre-Deux-Mers to the south-east of Bordeaux. Pierre Ducourt, then his children and grandchildren then worked on the few hectares of vines on the property. The arrival of their grandfather, Henri Ducourt, on the estate marks a turning point for the company. With the help of three of his children, he will strongly boost his activity and make this family vineyard one of the largest wine-growing units in Bordeaux (480 hectares, 14 châteaux in 6 different AOCs).
