0,75 L Red Wine / France / Bordeaux / Saint-Emilion Premier Grand Cru Classé AOC / 13 % vol

"This wine is magnificent from all viewpoints" - Wine Spectator -
Must we really introduce Château Cheval Blanc again? This famous wine - the most well-known of the Saint-Emilion Grand Crus - and one of the most famous French wines worldwide, has built a flawless reputation since the second half of the 20th century with its exemplary consistency of quality. This vintage is quite simply stunning for the complexity of its aromatic palate that you can enjoy now. It is actually very pleasant for its fresh smoothness - this Château Cheval Blanc vintage is a delicious wine with an endless finish. Its elegance and style make it quite accessible but this wine will reward anyone who is patient enough.

CHATEAU CHEVAL BLANC

To the northwest of Saint-Emilion, on the edge of Pomerol, the castle is distinguished by a stony and sandy soil located on a fertile terrace, instead of a limestone hillside. Its wines are characterized by undeniable richness, maturity and intensity. Deceptive by its amiable character in its youth, the wines of Château Cheval Blanc easily age 40 years, or even more! In 1954, Cheval Blanc obtained the classification of Premier Grand Cru Classé A, a supreme distinction that has since been confirmed in each decade.
