CHAMPAGNE MAISON ANDRE CHEMIN - PREMIER CRU HVE

0,75 L White Champagne / Champagne Premier Cru AOC / 12 % vol / 100% Pinot noir

Stunning tasting for this Premier Cru that's committed to the environment and awarded a 97 from Decanter!
Two things won us over about this Premier Cru champagne: Firstly, the tasting was of an airy champagne with highly finessed, delightful notes of brioche and a beautiful roundness. Then there is its uncompromising commitment from vine to glass. This Premier Cru champagne is made from vines cultivated under HVE (High Environmental Value) standards, with a lightweight bottle made from recycled glass, a label made from paper sourced from FSC certified sustainable forests and attached with natural glue, no cap or wire cage for even less waste but replaced with a traditional cork with string fixing. A Premier Cru selected by EthicDrinks, partner for a more sustainable wine industry, 0 plastic, 0 carbon but 100% pleasure!

CHAMPAGNE ANDRE CHEMIN

Many years after the creation of this family business, André Chemin continues to produce its Champagnes independently in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. In addition to the founder's name, the current generation has also preserved the winemaking skills passed down through the family from generation to generation. The third generation, now at the head of the estate, still works the vines and produces Champagne with respect for man and nature.
