LEAVE YOUR REVIEWNotes of red fruits, plum. Well-balanced. Medium acidity, pleasant finish.
Really nice Cabernet based blend from Southern France. Plum, blackberry, licorice and botanic notes. Nice acidity, medium bodied with round tannins and pleasant finish. Bit young but amazing quality per price. Keep it for 3-4 years to gain more complexity.
Here is an all-terrain wine capable of being presented both during a good meal and during a summer barbecue, at a fair price. In addition, a wine that can age up to 5 years without deteriorating (see cuvée 2016). Very good!
Very good wine, typical of Languedoc wines. Quite powerful with a fruity and slightly sweet side. In my opinion, my favorite one of the Auzias in red.
Young but already rich, this wine promises fruit, grip, depth and a good meal that accompanies it. It is bursting with black fruits and spicy notes. For the pleasure of full-bodied wine lovers, this one will delight you!
Domaine Auzias is located a stone's throw from the City of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi, on the gentle slopes of the Black Mountain, the easternmost area of the South-West and the westernmost of Languedoc-Roussillon. This exploitation of Château Auzias-Paretlongue in Cabardès, has a very old vineyard and a deep history which dates back to the beginning of the 12th century. A family domaine and lasting through its generations which advocates respect for traditions guaranteeing the artisanal quality of its wines. Particularly characteristic of Cabardès, it is certainly, with its 160 ha in one piece, one of the largest private wine estates in Languedoc.
