This has become our 'house red' over the last year or so and this vintage is every bit as good as those which have gone before. A fascinating blend of southern and south western grape varieties which results in a really well balanced wine with good acidity and lots of berry fruit.

A wine with a very good quality-price ratio. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as with a dish. A great discovery that I can only recommend.

Excellent value for money, excellent all around! Pairs with just about anything, a must have in your cellar this summer! Young wine to drink quickly, but it's really a nice discovery (Thank you Vinatis and your great packs).

A good wine from Languedoc. Incredible to find a balanced wine like this for this price! There are woody and crushed red fruit aromas. Virtually unbeatable quality.

A good Languedoc with good value for money. There is fruit and a good balance despite still having some acidity due to its youth. A wine that is easy to drink even as an aperitif.

I found it very good, quite pronounced in the mouth, perfect to accompany a BBQ. I highly recommend it and will not hesitate to try it again. I will leave some to age in my cellar.

A nice surprise... Light fruitiness and a nice balance. The friend of evenings with friends!

CHÂTEAU AUZIAS

Domaine Auzias is located a stone's throw from the City of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi, on the gentle slopes of the Black Mountain, the easternmost area of the South-West and the westernmost of Languedoc-Roussillon. This exploitation of Château Auzias-Paretlongue in Cabardès, has a very old vineyard and a deep history which dates back to the beginning of the 12th century. A family domaine and lasting through its generations which advocates respect for traditions guaranteeing the artisanal quality of its wines. Particularly characteristic of Cabardès, it is certainly, with its 160 ha in one piece, one of the largest private wine estates in Languedoc.
