LEAVE YOUR REVIEWThe nose is pleasant and flattering on fresh red fruits. In the mouth it is crunchy, we find these small tangy red fruits (redcurrant, wild strawberry) and a very supple structure. A round and pleasant wine!
La Ganivelle takes its name from the fences found in the South West, and in particular on the dunes of the Atlantic coast. The vineyard is located in Gironde, in a valley and not far from a very old spring. The vines remain well ventilated, on a pretty terroir. The water is drained from the plateau to the ponds at the foot of the village of Saint Cibard. These buttresses keep the traces of ancient civilizations but still contemporary in the production of wines.
