LEAVE YOUR REVIEWThis wine is always an enjoyment. It's the perfect mixture of easy-going without being one dimensional and serious without being complex. Accompanies salami, prosciutto and every kind of sausages perfectly.
The depth and complexity of a windmill. Very ripe, fruity, very pleasant with rich and well rounded notes. Beautiful complexity and a well-built body
Ideal as an aperitif, fruity wine, with flavours of red fruits. Tasted as an aperitif, it goes very well with some appetizers. Also very good with cheese.
For a barbecue, from the Les Clochers range, we tasted Morgon, Brouilly, Chiroubles and Moulin à Vent! The latter flew over the tasting! A moment of intense pleasure. Fruit, fruit... But not only! It has a strong character and a pleasant slightly tangy finish.
In 1929, at the dawn of the Great Depression, a handful of Beaujolais winegrowers decided to counter the crisis by joining forces. Together, they created the Cave des Vignerons de Bel Air. In 2008, the merger with the Cave de Chiroubles allowed them to expand their production site to 700 hectares, spread across the 10 Beaujolais Crus.
