A delicious wine with a subtle power. You can tell it has character but it's easy to drink. Red fruit on the nose. To be tried without hesitation. Keep a few bottles in your cellar.more reviews

Body, spices, fruit, a delight - this cuvée is a perfect introduction to characteristic and authentic Corbières wines!
This characterful, delicate, elegant wine is a homage to all artists, the inspiration of the vine and the art of making good wine. At the heart of this characteristic cuvée, Château Durfort reminds us of old-fashioned Corbières the way we used to like them, with its beautiful aromatic complexity, its notes of dark fruits and spices and its unbeatable quality for the price. A great wine for introducing to your friends, for sharing a moment of togetherness over a simple meal. 'The best wine isn't necessarily the most expensive, but the one that you share' Georges Brassens

A nice discovery, a very pleasant wine on the palate perfectly accompanies a barbecue. Personally, given the youth of the wine, put it in a carafe 1 hour before or put in the cellar to age, it will be even better.

A great wine with character, a nice presence and a long finish. A wine that is always present in our cellar, and a great idea for a gift to make people appreciate a quality wine at a moderate price. I recommend it without hesitation.

A wine of pleasure, powerful, heady, surprising, with woody and ripe fruit notes. Definitely one of my favourite value for money wines!

CELLIER DES DEMOISELLES

The Cellier des Demoiselles was created in 1914, just before the First World War. The origin of the name is a tribute to the young women of the village who, in the absence of their men, did everything possible to preserve the wines and the terroir. Today they continue their history by making wines in their own image: Fruit and flowers on certain cuvées and character and power on others. This reveals all the elegance and typicity of a terroir. The 160 winegrowers are all united and driven by a constant quest for quality and a passion for vine growing and wine making.
