WINE BOX 3L - CÔTES DU RHÔNE BIO - VIGNERONS ARDÉCHOIS

3 L Red BIB / France / Rhone / Côtes du Rhône AOP / 15 % vol

AB (organic wine) EU organic farming
"Syrah/Shiraz, Grenache, tank and pebbles, this is the winning formula of this organic wine (...) In a word: Voluptuous!" Hachette Guide 2021
This Côtes du Rhône Villages grown by organic farming on pebbled terraces is impressive. We like the way it starts off full and luscious on the palate with velvety texture, delicious in the middle of the mouth, made very heady and round-shouldered by its coated tannins, blended in an impressive mass of fruit. A finish with black fruits dusted with smoked notes.

VIGNERONS ARDECHOIS

Producers harvesting, they unite since 1967 12 cellars located in the south Ardèche. On 6000 hectares of vines, spread over a mosaic of terroirs, the 1000 families of winegrowers work the vines with passion, with respect for human and nature. An invisible, insatiable work… The same movements, resulting from the know-how of generations which have succeeded one another on these lands. Methodical pruning in the harshness of winter, grassing the rows to promote soil life, green harvests to maintain small yields so that each berry can give its full potential, then the meticulous assembly comes, plot by plot. Always seek the right balance between the hand of man and the terroir to achieve the sumptuous evidence of a wine reflecting all the facets of their terroirs.
