This Gaillac is very pleasant on the nose, with floral and fruity notes (citrus). With a slightly pearly structure, on the palate it is fresh, floral and airy: a real pleasure. This wine can accompany your meals from aperitif to dessert, for an excellent value for money! more reviews

This beaded Gaillac is a real explosion of freshness!
Its bright colour quickly creates a cloud of very fine bubbles. The nose evokes peach and pear, hints of more vegetal touches that give it a fresh side. The fruity mouth, with tonic beading, is beautifully balanced, combining smoothness and freshness. Perfect as an aperitif or with grilled fish!

I drank it this weekend. Pleasant on the palate, light and fruity. It can accompany a whole meal from aperitif to dessert. A very good value for money.

This blend of native grapes from SW FRance (plus SB) offers a really interesting aromatic profile, with lemongrass, apple, and Meyer lemon aromas. The wine is fresh and light, with low alcohol levels. The quality per price ratio is excellent.

VIGNE LOURAC

In 1906, Jean Antoine Vigné-Lourac, the last descendant without a direct successor from a family of winegrowers over 300 years old, ceded the vineyard to his nephew: Alain Gayrel's grandfather. Young, rather rebellious, resistant to the established order but seized with an irresistible desire to travel and discover the world, Alain Gayrel abandoned his studies at 19 to expedite his military obligations. The serious illness which struck his father during what he called "a waste of time in uniform", forced him to give up his immediate plans to globetrotter and to return, temporarily, he thought, to the family vineyard. From then on, his life plan changed radically: taken with passion by this profession that he had never considered doing, he immediately dedicated himself to the development of this small 9-hectare vineyard to make it the business that she has become today. He will devote his whole life to its expansion by imagining original wines rooted in this terroir, on which he will affix his signature. The Gayrel vineyards team perpetuates the professional heritage left by Alain Gayrel, by developing, using his method which combines tradition and the latest techniques, authentic, modern and original wines.
