LEAVE YOUR REVIEWEasily one of the best red wines from Provence, showing deep ruby color and ample fruit with beautiful raspberries and floral notes. Seamless tannins and just the right amount of acidity make perfect balance with rich food such as red meat and aged cheese. An extremely fresh, lovely bottle of wine.
In 1978, the Saint-Victor family settled with the faith of neophytes in this limestone, hard and arid Provence, worthy of Manon des Sources. They immediately set off to storm the hill, to shape and restore the terraces into vast amphitheatres, respecting the land and geological strata. Located at an altitude of 300 meters facing the sea, the Mourvèdre of Pibarnon has an ideal support, which allows this capricious grape to express all its refinement. Thus began a long series of gold medals at the Concours Général de Paris, a series which each year recognized the wines, but also their longevity and the efforts made in the gradual expansion of the property. Nothing surprising when you know that the rosé from Pibarnon is one of the tastiest in Provence.
