An intense and refined second wine full of character!!!

It was designed by Bertrand de Goth, an archbishop who became Pope and took the name of Clement V, hence the name of this property. The second wine of Château Pape Clément, the Clémentin de Pape Clément is a great second wine. Its floral and fruity bouquet delivers a well-rounded, aromatic and vigorous palate on very nice fruit ... CHÂTEAU PAPE CLEMENT

With its vineyard established in the 13th century, Château Pape-Clément is the flagship of Bernard Magrez's vineyards and is clearly one of the oldest Grands Crus in Bordeaux. To create these immense wines, archetypes of the great, luxury Bordeaux wines, nothing is left to chance - optimal grape ripening, hand destalking, highly curated ageing and so on. The result is distinctive red for the Pessac-Léognan appellation with a sensuality close to that of Mission Haut-Brion wines. And white wines with an exemplary finesse.
