This wine is very pleasant and mellow, it has a magnificent taste! One of the best wines I have drunk. It is well balanced. I found it through a recommendation in Reims.more reviews

A wine that was a unanimous winner with our experts, and it will seduce you both with its quality and its delicate price...
Located on the crests of the hills, the Bouzeron vineyards are among the most prestigious of the Côte Chalonnaise. Among the most reputable Climates of the appellation, we find the "Clos de la Fortune”, whose excellent Southeast exposure produces lively and balanced wines that perfectly demonstrate the typical characteristics of the terroir and Aligoté grape. This wine keeps its promises and wonderfully honours the fame of its terroir and climate. The result is clear: a fresh wine, lively and mineral, whose structured body will convince you as much as its price!

Nice discovery, a very aromatic nose, a good length on the palate, very pleasant to share.

I was pleasantly surprised by this novelty, a Bouzeron Clos de la Fortune with buttery aromas and slightly woody notes. A very well balanced whole which does not leave us indifferent and which is very representative of the best that Burgundy has to offer!

CHANZY

It was in 1974 that the Chanzy domaine was founded, historically located at Bouzeron. Its origins go back as far as the 17th century, as the estate's cellars bear witness as does the rare, ancient rope-operated wine press in its small cellar. Today, the Chanzy estate is the biggest producer in the Bouzeron appellation and covers 80 hectares largely spread over the Côte Chalonnaise and Côte de Beaune as well as the Côte de Nuits. In this way, the domaine produces many varied and different appellations from Mercurey in Vosne-Romanée, passing through Rully, Givry, Maranges, Santenay and Puligny-Montrachet. The Chanzy estate also owns five Clos and two Monopoles. Clos de la Fortune, the jewel in estate, is in fact the only monopole in the Bouzeron appellation! Over the years, the domaine has invested in a production approach that respects the environment and has consequently achieved its HVE, High Environmental Value, certification in January 2021. The pursuit of excellence is a matter of pride in the Chanzy domaine and translates into long, precise work on both vines and wines, whose terroir is respected with the aim of producing individual vintages.
