I fell in love with this subtle Bordeaux. A very good balance between fruit, tannins and ageing. A wine that can be drunk with pleasure as an accompaniment to a family meal.more reviews

This Bordeaux Supérieur has all the characteristics of a great wine... Discover this easy-to-drink wine that is abundantly balanced and precise!!
This 60-hectare cru has established itself as a standard-setter among regional appellations. And this magnificent vintage won't be the one to change our minds... In the glass, the wine shines with a beautiful cherry colour, making way for pleasant aromas of very ripe fruits accompanied by elegant maturity. At once fresh and mellow, the palate is reinforced, but not excessively, by delicate and savoury tannins. Easy to drink, balanced and aromatic, this Château La Verrière is a magnificent discovery. No doubt you to will succumb!!!

CHATEAU LA VERRIERE

After the total destruction of the vineyard in the 19th century by phylloxera, it took about thirty years to find a vineyard capable of producing high quality wines. Today, the estate covers 75 hectares and has all the modern equipment necessary for the production of a high quality wine. For the Bessette family, vines are grown by combining quality production with respect for the environment and the land.
