SAINT JOSEPH BLANC - LYSERAS 2019 - YVES CUILLERON

0,75 L White Wine / France / Rhone / Saint-Joseph AOC / 13,5 % vol

Lyseras is an example of Yves Cuilleron's expertise: vibrant and mineral, it has to be tasted!
This white Saint Joseph is produced in the north of the appellation and comes from a sandy terroir that knows how to win us over! With a golden hue and shades of lemon yellow, its nose reveals aromas of very ripe yellow fruit, peach and citrus zest. On the palate, it has persistent soft notes fresh, ripe yellow fruit making the charming, fresh and delectable ensemble more complex. If you're still not sure, we'll bet that the roundness that lingers on this wine's zesty, well balanced finish will change your mind!

CAVE YVES CUILLERON

Yves Cuilleron is to date the most important winemaker producer of the whole Northern Rhône. His estate, created in 1920 by his grandfather, extends over fifty hectares for about twenty references, particularly in Saint-Joseph, Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie. Yves Cuilleron is part of a winegrower's movement with a rare dynamism, completing and extending his estate while at the same time adding a signature to the style of his wines: the maturing in wood (9 months for the whites, 18 months for the reds) gives strength to the character, highlights each terroir and expresses real finesse. A true enthusiast, he is also one of the three founders of Les Vins de Vienne.
