LEAVE YOUR REVIEWBeautiful pale gold colour, fresh and fine aromas of pear and mango, supple and fresh on the palate with a mix of fruit and minerality, nice length on the palate ending with a very fine woodiness. A perfect accompaniment to fish.
A well-balanced white, with a marked acidity, very fresh, with notes of wet stone and citrus fruits. It can accompany many dishes and cheeses and will surely please lovers of dry whites.
Very nice discovery, you can tell it has spent time in oak barrels. It gives it a little more length, a very fresh wine, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany poultry. I'm happy to have had a second bottle and it certainly won't be the last.
In the Middle Ages, Château la Rose Perrière was a monastery of pioneer monks who planted the first vines on the limestone hillside, from rock to asteria. This vineyard is the oldest in the Lussac Saint-Emilion appellation. The conduct of the operation is reasoned. This property was bought in 2003 by the famous Cooper, Jean Luc Sylvain who was seduced by its exceptional terroir.
