LEAVE YOUR REVIEWThe Romo will surprise detractors of white Loire wines, supple like Loire wines, but structured, with a mineral touch and a slight acidity, very balanced, good length on the palate, it is both explosive and typical.
A rare grape variety, Romorantin, so much the better, it is all the more exquisite when tasted. And what a delight, straw yellow colour in the glass, honeyed lemon on the palate, a royal Cour-Cheverny.
A model Romorantin, a great introduction to the world of Domaine des Huard wines. You will not be disappointed by the originality of this endemic grape variety from Cour-Cheverny!
The Gendrier family has been living in the Huards domain since 1846. In 1950, four hectares of vines were cultivated there, mostly white Romorantin grape variety. The objective of Domaine des Huards is to offer natural wines that provide maximum pleasure. A fruitiness supported by a beautiful structure, a persistence on the palate and a pleasant minerality are characteristic of their wines. They have restored their letters of nobility to the Cheverny vineyard! The entire production is Biodyvin certified.
