In 1923 in Chablis, Burgundy, the meticulous labour of the wine-growers was harnessed under the name La Chablisienne, giving birth to wines that time make better. The estate has at least 30 vintages all from a fantastic climate patchwork revealing pure mineral expressions...The great vintages are the extremely well known Chablis Vieilles Vignes, and the Premiers Crus in heavy bottles that compete with the best independent cellars' productions. Not forgetting the Chateau Grenouilles often tasted too young despite its strong ageing potential.
