Very good wine that can be consumed both as an aperitif and as a starter. Its freshness and minerality make it very pleasant on the palate. The only problem is how quickly the bottle level drops!more reviews

Perfect first vintage to discover the world of Chablis Premier Cru!
Remarkable blend of Chablis Premier Cru located on the right and left banks of the Serein. The first notes are reminiscent of white orchard fruits, especially the pear. Afterwards, this nose evolves and opens up to reveal fragrances of white flowers and button mushrooms. On the palate, a rich and fat structure. Afterwards, the lemony freshness takes over and gives this pretty Premier Cru an interesting length, finishing on salivating salinity. A beautiful discovery!

Young and fresh on the nose with citrus, some yellow apples and with a buttery end coming up. The swirl released a lot of fresh lime. The butter logic as it it has been through . When getting warmer some toast notes comes up, also logic as it been aged sur lie. Fresh balanced acid

A great discovery! We tasted it on a Sunday with the family: the result was unanimous. Roundness, elegance and delicacy are the perfect match: oysters, hard cheeses.

A fine, balanced wine, it lacks a little character. It is still young and will improve with age. A wine without surprise, it appeals to the greatest number. I took it for my 50th birthday.

LA CHABLISIENNE

In 1923 in Chablis, Burgundy, the meticulous labour of the wine-growers was harnessed under the name La Chablisienne, giving birth to wines that time make better. The estate has at least 30 vintages all from a fantastic climate patchwork revealing pure mineral expressions...The great vintages are the extremely well known Chablis Vieilles Vignes, and the Premiers Crus in heavy bottles that compete with the best independent cellars' productions. Not forgetting the Chateau Grenouilles often tasted too young despite its strong ageing potential.
