CUVEE 281 2020 - CHATEAU MINUTY

0,75 L Rosé Wine / France / Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur / Côtes de Provence AOP / 12,5 % vol

Note to connoisseurs: keep it for special meals with special friends! A bottle that does not go unnoticed at the table!
Château MINUTY aims at connecting the blue of the sky with the blue of the Mediterranean sea: it is the 281 blue Pantone! In the bottle, MINUTY has only kept the best of the most beautiful and oldest vines of the Domaine. The result is a crystalline pale rosé. On the palate, the beautiful complexity is expressed through aromas of white-fleshed fruits, on delicate iodized notes. Keep this bottle for special dishes such as a scallop risotto or dory with fennel. Wonderful freshness. Treat yourself!

CHÂTEAU MINUTY

The difficulties of history had almost annihilated the vineyards of Château Minuty, which covered the peninsula of Saint-Tropez more than a century ago. Luckily the Mattons bought the Napoleon III building and the chapel in 1936, and patiently restored the 75 hectares of vineyards and the estate to its full splendour. Thus, in 1955, Château Minuty became one of the 23 producers to be distinguished for the appellation Crus Classé des Côtes de Provence.
