LEAVE YOUR REVIEWA unique tasting, what an amplitude! Exotic notes, hazelnuts, pear. It is very fresh with a nice acidity. Perfect as an aperitif as well as to accompany a dessert!
I am not fond of Prosecco but it is still good compared to those that I have been able to taste. Very cool. Average length in the mouth. Sweetness measured. Notes of white fruits and acacia, without great complexity. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or with salads, vegetarian dishes and shellfish.
Sensitized from an early age to the wonderful world of wine, thanks to a father involved in the wine trade, Antonella and Ersiliana Bronca founded the Sorelle Bronca estate in the mid-1980s. Their father, Livio, succeeded in passing on to his daughters, this love and this passion. These two “muses” largely contributed to their desire to create their own wine estate ideally located in Colbertaldo in the heart of the Prosecco DOC region of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Recently, the family estate has grown by 13 hectares. Each wine is the subject of significant investments on the part of all the members of the family in order to succeed in bringing into the world wines of ever more remarkable quality. Today, the family estate produces 300,000 bottles of Prosecco per year. This small production is a sign of quality in a region where each year thousands of sparkling wines are exported all over the world. Thanks to this strong passion, the Sorelle Bronca estate brilliantly combines family tradition as well as modern knowledge of vine cultivation with the greatest respect for the terroir.
