Tasted recently, I was surprised by its complexity and fruity taste. Aromatic and well balanced, a very good Côtes du Rhône. Thanks to the winemaker, a great success.more reviews

Never disappointed by the wines of Mr. VIGNON. He magnifies the appellations of the Rhône. A notch above his Cairanne, this Vacqueyras is very successful and has entered the list of must-haves in my cellar. You can try it with no worries!

Vacqueyras + Xavier Vignon = reliability. No bad surprises for this wine, Xavier Vignon never disappoints us. Can be drunk as an aperitif with friends as well as with a good dinner. I recommend it without any problem but don't take too much, I need to have some left for me!

Excellent with prime rib, even better with spicy dishes such as rougail or chicken curry. An excellent wine! Personally, don't hesitate to aerate it well before tasting in order to soften the tannins and bring out its full aromatic palette.

A great favourite. An excellent Vacqueyras wine, fleshy, round in the mouth and with character. This wine is powerful, and goes well with grilled meat. A real favourite. A sure value.

For my first Vacqueyras, I don't regret my choice with Xavier Vignon's house. A good vintage. A wine with taste. Beautiful bottle. I recommend and would not hesitate to repeat the experience of this wine!

XAVIER VIGNON

Xavier Vignon is one of the most renowned oenologists in the Rhone wine region. He has worked as a consultant to more than 200 wineries in the Rhone Valley and has gained a worldwide reputation for his expertise and collaboration on the best wines of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. He started his own production in 2002, and the winery is now known for wines of exceptional quality and Xavier Vignon's own style of wine, both of which make him a successful winemaker. Elegant and well-balanced wines that beautifully reflect the terroir, because terroir and minerality are the philosophy of his work and not only in wine production, as he also runs an oenological institute, where he explores these aspects. His wines obtain the highest scores in the Robert Parker Guide.
