L'OLIVAIE 2019 - DOMAINE COURSODON

0,75 L Red Wine / France / Rhone / Saint-Joseph AOP / 15 % vol / 100% Syrah

A wine that has everything it needs to age well!
The L’Olivaie wine expresses itself in a spicy and smoky register with aromas of spring, forest undergrowth, black currant and black cherry. On the palate, its tight and silky tannins make it a rich and elegant wine that today shows a certain pleasure that with time will become even greater! Precise, robust and attractive, this Saint-Joseph is expressed beautifully with a fruity and spicy note!

DOMAINE PIERRE ET JEROME COURSODON

Created at the end of the 19th century, the Coursodon estate is a family affair where each heir has worthily carried his stone to the building, expressing and developing this beautiful heritage of vines in Saint-Joseph. Today, it is Jérôme, the fifth generation of winegrowers, who deploys all his energy to produce fine and elegant wines, almost flawless. This quest for excellence which has driven the Coursodon family for so many years has resulted in an area of great regularity, perfectly mastering its subject and offering, without doubt, some of the best Saint-Joseph!
