LEAVE YOUR REVIEWVery nice surprise! It is very important to open the bottle 3/4 hours before tasting because aeration completely changes the exceptional character of this warm wine which reminds you of the quality of certain great Burgundian pinot noirs.
Founded in 1691, the Valentin Zusslin estate is located around Orschwihr on 16 ha, south of Colmar. This estate, established on 3 terroirs, Bollenberg, Clos Liebenberg and Grand Cru Pfingstberg, has been using the principles of biodynamic cultivation since 1997 in its entirety. Recognized as one of the best estates in Alsace, the Valentin Zusslin estate produces natural, pure, aromatic and expressive wines, often awarded by the press! What a domaine!
