A really great wine, round, rich, slightly honeyed, vanilla, some notes of dried fruits, and when we add to that a finish of great length, we really touch the excellence.more reviews

Generous, luxuriant flavours in this Meursault Premier Cru!
This Premier Cru with its bright yellow-gold hue develops fatness and richness while making room for a palate that establishes itself with voluminous structure in the attack. A touch of alluring minerality adds nuance to the walnut, pear and baked citrus zest aromas, and a lovely balance is discernible before delicacy resumes its place to guide the finish, which rests on a beautiful tension...

What a wine! Meursault always surprises us with its wines, and here we find this taste of oak barrel accompanied by a taste of white flowers and a brioche nose. Great!

A golden-green colour and lingering buttery and honey notes. A real treat with a sole meunière and a real moment of pleasure, especially at such a competitive price!

Very good. A Meursault Charmes with a very present body but without opulence, typical notes of butter, vanilla as well as a beautiful floral freshness on the nose and mineral on the finish. Very good length.

THE bottle of white wine that made me love white wine (it was a 2013 vintage)!!! With more experience now I can confirm, with this 2018, that this wine is excellent! The other bottles will be drunk over the next 10 years. Rich, buttery, round ... everything I love.

This Meursault 1er Cru is both powerful and fine, structured and explosive. However, the finish is a bit short for my taste. Very pleasant as an aperitif or with fish terrine and shrimps.

A great wine showing some dried fruit aromas. Perfect with a seafood platter. A real treat for the taste buds!

Just by looking at its golden yellow colour, you can understand that it is a great wine. It has still potential for ageing, but the honey and vanilla aromas with toasted notes are already present. It has a great length on the palate. Served on a chicken with morels. Wonderful!

Well balanced and fresh with a pale lemon colour. Medium intensity on the nose, very typic for a Meursault. Rich on the palate with beautiful citrus and green fruit aromas. A great wine to pair with scallops.

A golden yellow wine, with notes of citrus and flowers. A good balance in acidity, a good length in the mouth and an inimitable taste make this Meursault an inseparable product from a seafood platter.

CHATEAU DE MEURSAULT

The Château de Meursault is a piece of history, its origin dates back to the 11th century. Its wine-growing part was only developed in the 19th century by the Serre family. Since then, it has been a mecca for tourism and Burgundian folklore, since every year the famous Paulée is celebrated there the day after the sale of the Hospices de Beaune. The estate was bought in 2012 by Olivier Halley, a descendant of a pioneer of large retailers, the Boisseaux family remaining the owner of the 60 hectare vineyard, 23 of which are first growths. The estate offers a wide range of appellations from the Côte de Beaune: Pommard, Puligny, Savigny, Beaune, Meursault...
