This is the ugly duckling of the prestigious Dona Paula domaine, a blend of half Argentine and half Bordeaux
make for a remarkably fresh and delicate wine. It is also probably due to the altitude of the vineyards which are located at 1050 metres above sea level. In this wine we find notes of fresh blackcurrant, blueberry and cherry confit, that come to rest on a background of spices and incense. On the palate the sweetness is surprising: no toughness, no bitterness, no astringency disrupt the tasting. Velvety, but with no lack of intensity, it extends delicately.
