A peppery nose which gives way to a pleasant wine. The finish reveals aniseed notes. Ideal on a cold cuts board with friends.

Great discovery of our blind tasting at the end of November: a very supple wine with a lot of freshness! One of my two favorites among 19 cuvées!

JEFF CARREL

"Eclectic winemaker", this is how Jeff Carrel defines himself. This oenologist, who can turn his hand to anything spreads his adivices in the vineyards, as well as in the winery or marketing strategy. In 2007 he sets up his own consulting firm in identity communication to assist wineries to enhance their specific features and productions. He then builds a very specific wine range with strong personality.
