LEAVE YOUR REVIEWA staff favourite from a region that's provoking a lot of excitement. Smoky and savoury at first, but with intense underlying blackberry fruit. Full-bodied but with great balancing acidity.
Medium ruby colour. On the nose plum and raspberry. It has a a taste of black fruits with a touch of earth and liquorice. Medium body, nice refined tannins. Overall, an interesting experience of a mencia wine from Bierzo.
