I bought this wine without knowing it at first. A very good surprise, a well-balanced wine, sweet but not too sweet. Ideal with foie gras.more reviews

Finesse, elegance and lightness perfectly characterise this wine!
Another sublime nectar by maison Brumont. With a more discreet sweet note than the Vendemiaire, this wine will surprise you with its freshness and lightness. A special and original sweet Pacherenc wine. The Larmes Cèlestes comes from a second selection, when the 3 stages of the harvest (October, November and December) no longer have all their juices. A very aromatic wine, with a rather discreet sweetness and a rich acidity that perfectly combines with the sugars. Try it with your eyes closed!

BOUSCASSE (Château)

Owned for generations by the family of the inimitable Alain Brumont, Château Bouscassé has given back to appellations lacking in visibility (Madiran, Pacherenc-du-vic-Bilh) a second life. Taking advantage of the unique typicity of the Château's terroirs, the flagship grape varieties of the South-West (notably Tannat) are magnified here. Between elegance and voluptuousness, the estate thus offers remarkably precise and charming cuvées. Definitely THE reference in the wines of its appellation!
