A welcome stylistic change from French sparkling wines. Just enough yeasty complexity and a citrusy aftertaste with some grapefruit bitterness. Well-made, with proper perlage.more reviews

"The flavours are fine and precise and the finish is refreshing and clear. Drink this exceptional bottle during the next one or two years. " R. Parker
A fine and abundant foam upon serving. A fine and persistent lace. The nose is fine and floral but very expressive and powerful with a certain finesse. A toasted hint, then an expression of citrus and ripe fruit. It starts off fresh on the palate. There is a rather lively freshness balanced by a warm sensation of honey and brioche. The finish is pleasant with a quite respectable length, as can be found in many Champagnes. Here is a sparkling wine at a bargain price to be discovered now!
