CHATEAU DE L'ENGARRAN 2017

0,75 L Red Wine / France / Languedoc-Roussillon / Grès de Montpellier Coteaux du Languedoc AOC / 14,5 % vol

Fresh Hint of chocolate Velvety
This Languedoc wine is a balanced and complex gem! It literally won us over at the tasting and we are sure it will surprise your guests!
We love the ripe fruit of its youth (black fruits such as blueberries or prunes) or the more evolved notes after a few years of ageing (spices and chocolate). You will be proud of owning this beautiful wine. And with good reason! Its aromatic complexity and assertive temperament create a red wine filled with elegance and finesse, bringing together delicious spicy accents with a pleasant freshness. The touch of sophistication that will enhance your local dishes!

CHÂTEAU DE L'ENGARRAN

There are some areas that we are particularly fond of and that strike us right in the heart. Undeniably, the Château de Engarran is one of them! This 60-hectare property in one piece, located in the heart of Languedoc, has been a historical and wine-growing heritage since 1632. At its head since 1984, Diane LOSFELT, winemaker-owner, expresses through her work the duality between heritage and wines. This is the 3rd generation of winegrowers at the Château, after her mother and grandmother. Emilie GRILL, her niece, joined the estate in December 2019 and thus represents the 4th generation: in short, Château de l'Engarran is a beautiful story of women!
