This Saint-Estèphe is great value for money. I have ordered it several times already and will reorder it for sure. It can be drunk straight away or kept in the cellar for a while, but it will undoubtedly delight you.more reviews

A favourite second wine from Château Sérilhan, an amazing Saint-Estèphe!!
Under the advice of Hubert Boüard the château produces 3 different and complementary Saint-Estèphe PDO wines . The Château Mignot, second wine of Château Sérilhan, is already following in the footsteps of the great wine of the property! With a beautiful ruby colour, the fruit is crisp on a clear nose with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant ... Well-rounded and fruity, the wine continues on to a delicious finish with delightful blended tannins! Great value for money that should not be missed out on!!!

This wine has a brilliant ruby colour. On the nose, the fruit is crunchy with notes of raspberry and blackcurrant, slightly vanilla. The attack is very fruity and fleshy, followed by a sustained mid-palate. The finish is gourmande with supple tannins.

Very concentrated wine, with a dark purple color, with aromas of ripe fruit and leather. It will then unveil more sweetness, a wine full of roundness and great intensity.

CHATEAU SERILHAN

20 years ago, this family vineyard property of 20 ha in total in Saint-Estèphe and Haut-Médoc, initiated a "return to the sources" by being inspired by the vision for the Saint-Estèphe of Émile Peynaud, founder of modern oenology: "a lively colour, a bright fruit and harmony on the palate". The means and methods of the renowned vintages are used to create a seductive wine: an integral manual harvest - a careful sorting of the grapes - a plot vinification - a haute-couture ageing - particular attention to the blends. Concerned about preserving its environment and sensitive to new consumer expectations, the Château Sérilhan commits from 2013 to the “High Environmental Value level 3” (HEV3) certification, validated in 2018. The effort will continue in 2020, with the establishment of an apiary in the heart of the property, promoting the return of pollination in the town of Saint-Estèphe.
